Background information
Henry Mbulelo founded his own company after having worked for Live your Dream Real Estate as an estate agent for three years, he later wrote a Board Examination and obtained his NQF level 5 qualification in real estate.
Before this, he operated several hair salons in and around Daveyton from 1986 to 2005. He was the Provincial Chairperson of hair dressers (ABEASA). Impassioned by a new zeal in real estate sales, he formed La Rootz Property Consultants cc in 2010.
Company profile
For an initial brief period, he operated his business without a proper office. Today there is a fully furnished office operating at 30558 Heald Street in Daveyton. The office is located in a heavy human and vehicular traffic area.
It is ensconced between a Total fuel service station and an informal chicken eatery outlet.
In order to reach the annual sales target the company is hosted by property24 and through LA Rootz website for property sales and purchases.
La Rootz Properties Consultants will be mentoring more than ten learners for the next twelve months.
